USEF Reserve National Junior Sportmans Award

I want to thank USEF for honoring me with the USEF Reserve National Junior Sportsman Award for 2014. Having grown up on a horse farm, I’ve been blessed to be involved with every aspect of horse care and training. It is so rewarding to work with the young ones and watch them develop into a jumper, hunter, or maybe even a bridleless performance horse. It’s equally rewarding to be able to share all this with others. Learning is a life long commitment for me as is paying it forward.Your grant will help me towards achieving both these goals. Thank you again for the award, the grant, and for all you do for young riders like myself.

My name is Lizzy Traband. I am a rider, trainer, performer, competitor and clinician. I LOVE my horses. I work hard every day to be the best I can be for my horses. My horses have taken me on an amazing journey. When I am at a horse event my goal is to inspire, educate and entertain. I want to inspire & teach others how to be the best they can be for their horse, so they can be on an amazing journey with their horse and their horse be loved for the amazing animals that they are!
